I'm Erik, a photographer based out of Madison, Wisconsin. I believe that great photography arises from the ability to capture expression. From a little flicker of joy on a model's face to the dramatic expressions of a performer on stage, my work seeks to capture the powerful emotions that define the human experience.

I go into every photoshoot with a plan, but often find that my best work comes when I break out of that plan and embrace spontaneous experimentation.
